- In the event that the product you receive is incorrect or defective due to our oversight, please send us an email with the images of the defect / wrong item sent and your receipt number.
- We will not accept returns should you purchase our product from an unauthorised third party, or for products not in their original condition.
- Shipping fees incurred to send the item back to us will be paid by us only if we sent the wrong item.
