1. Ensure that your delivery address is updated and accurate. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay delivery.
  2. We require 2 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to pack and dispatch your order, unless otherwise stated.
  3. We provide, but are unable to guarantee, estimated delivery time.
  4. Estimated delivery time is from the date the order is shipped, and not the date the order is placed.
  5. Customers will bear the full cost of re-delivery unless it is an error on our part.
  6. Unclaimed bounced packages will be disposed of after 3 months without prior notice.

Local (Singapore) Shipping

  1. We provide only one trusted mode of delivery in Singapore via Urban Fox Courier Service. Delivery charge is S$3.80. Delivery takes approximately 1 - 3 working days.
  2. Free local shipping only applies to orders S$100 and above in a single receipt.
  3. Use the code COMBINED on your 2nd (and/or subsequent) checkout to save on shipping costs. This code is only valid for 12 hours from your 1st checkout.
  4. Please read the example below to find out how the code works.
  • At 8pm, you purchased S$40 worth of items the first time. You would have paid S$3.80 for shipping at checkout.
  • At 9pm on the same day, you purchased another S$60 worth of items. Instead of paying for shipping again, use the code COMBINED. 
  • Your items from your 1st purchase will be shipped together with your 2nd purchase.
  1. We will be unable to refund delivery charges that are made due to customers’ negligence to apply the code before checkout.

International Shipping

  1. All packages shipped internationally can be tracked. Your tracking number will be emailed to you.
  2. Delivery charges
  • Malaysia & Brunei: SGD 7.90
  • Asia & the Pacific (except Australia, Japan & New Zealand): SGD 10.40
  • All other countries: SGD 13.45
  1. International delivery takes 10 - 21 days, excluding weekends and public holidays. In the event of failed deliveries, delivery may take longer than stated.
  2. Your order may be delivered to you by either your local post office or a local courier, depending on your area. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notification slip may be left by the postal service to advise on re-delivery or collection.
  3. All applicable customs and import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
